2026 FRESNO STAMPEDE SPRING AAU SEASON (March 3 to May 10)

Boys in Grades 3-8

Stampede Spring AAU Boys’ Basketball tryouts are for grades 3 through 8. Stampede AAU is for players who love basketball, are pretty good at it, and want to get better at it!

3rd, 4th, 5th grade 5:30pm to 7pm @ Large Gym at Clovis North

6th, 7th, 8th grade 7pm to 8:30pm @ Large Gym at Clovis North

Wednesday

3rd, 4th, 5th grade 5:30pm to 7pm @ Large Gym at Clovis North

6th, 7th, 8th grade 7pm to 8:30pm @ Large Gym at Clovis North

PARENTS MUST BE AT TRYOUTS TO REGISTER THEIR SON AND PAY A--$20 fee to tryout (non-refundable)

IF YOUR SON IS SELECTED TO A TEAM, YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO GO AND BUY A GOOD INDOOR BASKETBALL FOR HIM TO BRING TO EACH PRACTICE ALONG WITH A BLACK AND WHITE REVERSIBLE JERSEY. FOR 3RD THROUGH 5TH THEY WILL NEED A 28.5 SIZE BALL. FOR 6TH, 7TH & 8TH GRADE THEY USE A 29.5 SIZE BALL. A GOOD INDOOR ONLY BALL WILL COST BETWEEN $40-$90.

Practices will start on March 3rd and will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Clovis North Gyms and sometimes at the Granite Ridge Gym. The times vary, and I will update the calendar, once the teams are selected. Typically, you could have a 5pm to 6:30pm, a 6:30pm to 8pm, a 7pm to 8:30pm, or a 7:30pm to 9pm time slot depending on the number of teams we have and gym availability. We will play in local Spring Tournaments. It is possible to have a Friday, Saturday or Sunday game. Each team is guaranteed to play in 2 games at each tournament.

March 27-29 @ Clovis

April 10-12 @ Clovis East

April 17-19 @ Buchanan

April 24-26 @ Clovis West

May 1-3 @ Clovis North

May 8-10 @ Fresno and Central Schools

If your son is selected to a team, you will have to pay a Membership Fee of $175 CLICK HERE

If your son is selected to a team and is new to our Stampede AAU Program he will need a Game Uniform.

New Game Uniform Cost $125 – You must do this online CLICK HERE

If your son is selected to a team, he will need a black and white reversible practice uniform.

Practice Uniform $25 – Black and White reversible (Can use from Stampede League).
